Typewritten and bound transcript of an interview conducted by Michael Van Wagenen for the World War II Homefront Oral History Project of the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies at Brigham Young University on 17 Sept. 1992. Macey describes her life in Logan, Utah during World War II. She talks about Pearl Harbor, rationing, music, shortages, support for the war effort, prejudices, and the impact on her spiritual life. She also tells about her post-war life and her feelings about being an American.
